Kyle D. Hardy, P.E., R.S.

President

Kyle is a registered professional engineer in Missouri and Illinois. He received his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He has more than 25 years of facility experience in in project management, engineering design, property condition assessments, construction administration, and technical report writing.

Kyle has been providing real estate due diligence services for over 20 years.  The services he provides includes home inspections, residential structural inspections, multifamily and commercial Property Condition Assessments (PCA), energy audits, forensic engineering, reserve studies, design, and construction loan monitoring.  He has performed Property Condition Assessments for hundreds of properties including 30+ story buildings, 1 million+ square foot industrial properties, and 250+ unit apartment complexes.

Ross Hardy, R.S.

Vice President

In addition to working with many community associations, Mr. Hardy has a strong background as an executive leader in corporate finance and has building components, construction and renovation experience.

Ross has over 15 years of executive finance leadership specializing in financial planning and capital management.  He joined Criterium-Hardy in 2017 and has since completed over 50 Reserve Studies in the St. Louis market and throughout the Midwest.  He is an active affiliate member of the Heartland chapter of CAI and an active member of their Community Outreach Committee.  Ross has earned his designation as a Reserve Specialist (R.S.).

Ross received his B.S. in Business from the University of Missouri – Columbia and his Masters in Business Finance from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
